What are your shipping costs?
Postage within the UK is £3 for orders up to the value of £16. Orders between £16.01 and £34.99 are charged at a £4 flat rate. For orders of £35 and above, we offer free UK postage. All orders are sent as second class via Royal Mail.
International postage (within Europe) is charged at a flat rate of £7 per item.
Postage outside of Europe is £10 per item.

We will dispatch items 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. UK deliveries should arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch; expect international parcels between 7-9 working days after dispatch. Postage times can vary throughout the year and may be affected by UK bank holidays. Please be aware that with planned strikes taking place, international and domestic deliveries are still experiencing delays. New rules after the UK's exit from the EU is also leading to long delays for EU customers due to additional customs checks.

Why won't my payment go through on the website?
Occasionally, a payment will be blocked by the payment processing system used on our website. This is generally because the postcode has not been entered correctly. Postcodes need to be in capital letters with a gap between the two parts and typed in manually, not auto-filled. When a payment has failed, you may see a payment pending in your account. Please be assured that this is temporary and will be removed by Stripe soon after a failed payment.
